Returns & Refund Policy

At The Olson Farmstead, each of our body care products is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Because our products are personal care items and consumable in nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every product we create.

All Sales Are Final

For the health and safety of our customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Opened or unopened body care products

  • Products that have been used or tested

  • Orders placed in error

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Allergic reactions or individual skin sensitivities

We encourage you to carefully review each product description and ingredient list before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before placing your order, we're always happy to help.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, consistency, and scent are normal and reflect the unique nature of handmade products. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@olsonfarmstead.com.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and shipping box, if applicable

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution. If the issue resulted from an error on our part or damage during shipment, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Shipping

The Olson Farmstead is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will gladly assist you in working toward a resolution.
